Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-08
These terms are the agreement between you and Digger. By creating an account or using Digger you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Digger.
1. The service
Digger is a music-discovery tool. You send it links, text, images or audio, through the web app or our Telegram bot, and it tries to identify tracks and DJ sets, link them to music stores, and keep them in your private library. It also reads public radio tracklists. Digger does not host, stream or sell music.
2. Who can use Digger
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Digger for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
3. Your account
Sign in with an email code, and optionally link Telegram. Keep your email and Telegram accounts secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been misused. Give us accurate information and keep one account per person.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
- send material that is illegal, abusive, or that you have no right to submit;
- probe, overload, scrape or reverse engineer Digger, or bypass its limits or security;
- use bots or scripts to create accounts or automate requests beyond normal personal use;
- resell or share your access, or use Digger to build a competing dataset;
- use Digger in a way that breaks the terms of a service you connect to it.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send and create. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, analyse and display that content only as needed to run Digger for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short backup periods. If you make your crate public or share a link, you also allow people who open it to view that content.
You promise you have the right to submit what you send. Digger’s results come from automated matching and public data, and may be wrong or incomplete.
6. Third-party services, links and stores
Digger links to and works with services such as Spotify, YouTube, Bandcamp, Beatport, Discogs and Telegram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any record label, artist, store or platform, and all names and logos belong to their owners. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. A store link is a convenience, not a recommendation, and we may earn nothing from it. Prices, availability and track details come from third parties and can change.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
Digger has a free plan with monthly limits, and a Pro plan at $5 per month or $48 per year (prices in US dollars, tax may be added). Check the pricing section for current limits and prices. We may change prices or plans on reasonable notice, and a change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of the subscription. Its terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
- Renewal: Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Cancellation: cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds: follow Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy and any rights you have by law, including statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU and UK.
- Complimentary accounts: we may give some accounts free Pro access. It can be changed or ended at any time and has no cash value.
8. Our rights
Digger, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service as these terms allow. If you send feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Digger infringes your rights, email [email protected] with what is affected, where it appears, and how to reach you. We will review it and may remove the content.
10. Availability and changes
Digger is run by a small team and is provided as is. We aim for it to be reliable but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or able to identify every track. We may add, change or remove features, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Digger is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Digger is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury, or removes consumer rights you have under local law.
13. Your responsibility
You are responsible for claims that arise from content you submit or your breach of these terms, and you agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer as a result, to the extent the law allows.
14. Ending your account
You can stop using Digger and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service, giving notice where reasonable. After termination, sections that by nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) still apply.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Using Digger after the change means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
